Ber-Orientasi!

Orientation today was uber boring. Thankgoodness it lasted until around 1pm only.

Would've died.
I like my mentor tho. She seems like a very nice person. Strict, intelligent and funny. My kinda lecturer. She reminds me of Professor McGoognagall from Harry Potter. (or however u spell that woman's name) Tho I've only met her for an hour, who am I to comment.

But I dunno. Sometimes with people, you just hit it off with them on the spot. What is this called again?

Smile ;)

Then be Fugly.

me likey ;)

If only I had you guys with me in class.

But I guess I can't have everything in life.

Till the next time dearies.

XOXO.

KekeHeheWakakaNgekNgek

Turns out I didn't have to pull anybody's janggut or nethin'.

I bloody passed my driving exam! hahahahaha. The JPJ guy was actually kinda nice (for someone with such a boring job)
Although I mati enjin sekali, and my driving was kinda shabby; he grunted and signed me for a pass.

It was like a shining ray of hope straight from the gates of heaven; or in actual case, shining from a fat man in fancy uniform.

So now the fantabulous-moi is back on top form. Watch out guys, the mad bitch is on the loose officially come next Tuesday on Malaysian Roads. Honk to show your love!

Actually don't, nanti gelabar. Don't bang into me either. I'll smack you between the eyes with my rm10 Giant-bought-lady-bug slippers.

Or at least i think it was Rm10.

Anyhoo. Did I mention college commences for me on Monday? My, my. Did I also mention how much I hate first days?

Till then huns; XoXo

driving-smacka-linding

Sigh.

I don't feel too good. Driving test tomorrow is driving me numb-nuts and I can't stop thinking about it.

Imagine having to think about gears and pissed-off JPJ instructors screaming in your head. It's enough to drive anyone crazy in a Dementor-ish kinda way. I don't know why I'm having such difficulties with the car, it's not exactly rocket science. But I'm really not very good.

But the prospect of failing again and wasting another rm150 is so not cool. And Dad reckons my driving's atrocious AND Mom isn't too happy about spending a small fortune, just so I can get my stupid "P". The parentals aren't very encouraging are they?

Why lah why wasn't I gifted in changing gears and swerving steering wheels.

I'd trade anything now to be good.

Help someone?
Off I go now for an extra class.
Hope I learn enough to pass.
Cya guys later.

XoXo

Penang was awesome; in so many ways. So lets list them!
The Food being number one. We ate alot alot of stuff (and took pictures of them too), BUT I'm just gonna highlight the few i consider worth mentioning!
The Ham-Chim-Peng. I know what you folks are thinking at the

This is a Special Hainan-ese Chicken Chop. It's kind drenched in a
soupy-gravy thing but its very very tasty. I love it! Its somewhere in town,
this shop specializes in Hanan-ese Cuisine. So be sure to stop by!

Tok-Tok Mee! haha. It's actually Wan Tan Mee, but much better and much much cheaper! I think it was about rm 2.50?

Lobak. Its the famous one in town. You won't miss it for the world. Genius this lobak. Tastes so good.

Of Course. Fried-Kuey-Teow. Can't have visited Penang without trying it kan?

Me and Huey Ee. Sampling a very very tasty lemak laksa. Yum!~

This is somewhere near where the evil Lim Seck Houng lives. I got a pic of your crib you nastie!

Cute cute Cat I saw during dinner at Tsunami Restaurant. Couldn't help it =P

The BbQ fire we started. I can start fire ohkay! Haha. Hi-Fi Huey Ee n Kit Kat.

Lovers in Japan

"What if the lines aren't straight? What if it turns out unproportional? What if it doesn't even look like how its suppose to be? What if you mess with it too much and it turns out, weird?"

Eff it.

And I did, and I want to show you. It takes a lot or probably all the guts I have to.

The reference.

2B Pencil.

Medium hardness charcoal.

Oil Pastels.

I know they aren't THAT or at all impressive..

But I love each of them, especially the charcoal and oil pastel ones. It took courage from me to put them on the paper and I can say I had fun. The oil pastel one was the best. The results I had from just experimenting with them for the first time turned out fantastic.

Was suppose to do an acrylic paint one but I probably used up all my guts already so.. I pass.

"Lovers, keep on the road you're on,
Runners, until the race is run,
Soldiers, you've got to soldier on,
Sometimes even right is wrong...

...They are turning my head out,
To see what I'm all about,
Keeping my head down,
To see what it feels like now,
But I have no doubt,
One day the sun will come out"

The Storm

Oh no oh no oh no! 6 days and not a single word!?? Whats happening...

Well not all is what it looks like, for the past week, the Two and a Half Men has been reasonably active. We met up during canteen day and also "A Dinner To Remember".

Personally college life has been a real bitch for me, again. Though with God's grace I've managed to slash one assignment off the board, there is still 1+1+1+1+1+1+1 of them running a mock like innocent naive little children. However, assignments are the only bumps in my college life really. How I wish I would have a marking scheme similar to the one of A-Levels, which is 100% focused on only exams.

Bugger..

Oh well moving on in life, canteen day! I have to thank the prefects for 'trusting' me and of course I did not break their trust. They were the bouncers on that day but something tells me they didn't really do their job well. But oh well. Low and behold! For the first time in the Two and a Half Men history, I have pictures! Although it isn't much, at all but hey its a start.

Sporting a cameo with our half men Ming, is Tze En!

Very professional Jal..

Met up with Mama A and Mama D at their English Society's stall. The effects of the price of petrol increase was really evident here. Firstly, both of them personally had to get their hands dirty along with their helpers. Second was the price of their pita bread, RM2.70. But near the end of canteen day, they decided to lower the price of the petrol, oops I mean pita bread by 20 cents to RM2.50. Could this be another prophetic sign from Pn. Doreen?

Dinner at Tze-En's place was great. Met up with everyone and my best friend Tze-Ning! Lol.. Probably suffering from "didnt-go-for-prom" syndrome, the organizers had asked us to 'dress up'. Well I questioned that notion but hey, it was a good enough reason for me to slip into my Topman shirt which its awesomeness was offset by my ever unpredictable hairstyle. Good la good.

But hey kudos to the chefs that night. I don't know who they are, which I suppose is a good thing. Carbonara was great though I didn't get to try the bolognaise, all thanks to Ming genius 3kg of mashed potatoes (You should have listened to your mom Ming). Lasagna was "not bad" while Jal had dubbed it cardboard which he later explained to be his favourite food of all time. Half way through, I began to question the props on the table, the candles and thanks to me they decided to light it up.

But with the lighting of the candles, a lot of "kebakaran" and "superman, superhand" follow suit. I have to say, most of my hardest laughs had been in Tze-En's place. Laughed like mad that night, but me and Tze-Ning are still best friends. In all honesty, I will be looking forward to the next dinner to remember, which is forecasted to be in sometime next year.

Stuffed happened yesterday. Perhaps the worse of all for me. Not much comments on that though sorry.

Oh well I'll be scribbling off here. Got youth later on at church. Talking about church, nights of fire had witnessed countless healing by God and definitely revival of the fire in the hearts of many and in faith, mine. I'll be going for my undang tomorrow muahahahaha! I'll be taking both motorbike and car licenses. So whether you want El Fresno or air-conditioning comfort, up to you. See you all in a bit and pray that Jal and Ming will come back sooner rather than later.

P.S : If its any consolation Alwin, the capsicums in your salads were great!

Zig Zag Upside Down

Life's been pretty hectic. My understanding of time changes by the week. It's as if the lifespan of a 'week' is decreasing week by week. This is probably the result of labeling each week with an assignment. It's true. I didn't even get the opportunity to pile up my assignments, instead its just *poof* tadaa.. Mount Everest!

Yeah, and to make matters worst, I placed this Post-It note on my desktop to remind me how Mount Everest looks like while in my wallpaper, Ulqiuorra accurately describes the week... "Dulan" . Plus, some of my lecturers are begin to rear their ugly heads, no offense intended here whatsoever, maybe it was just a bad day for both of us.

Then yesterday I had a little run in with Tuck Loong and the plans for the Form 1 scouts didn't go exactly as planned. But hey shit happens.

Not to mention there was a 5 days void of activity here, which reflects how little 3 of us had been seeing each other lately.

But those are just the downs. As for the highs,

The drama team is heading for Labuan (with no help from the anti-climactic MC)! Woohooo!!! Actually that bears both good and bad news. As for the bad news, I can't be able to accompany them to Labuan since I still have classes then, however Jit Yang will have 3 weeks break after only just 1 month of starting his A-Levels so he can go.

What the toot.

But oh well, Jit Yang alone is adequate support and guidance enough along with Mama A, Mama D and Mama E. With that said, they have enough of what it takes to give the rest of the competitors a good run for their money.

Had a great time at church yesterday as well. Youth and after that a great encounter with Him during celebration was the perfect antidote for the week.

Speaking of antidotes, Gareth Emery just released his newest podcast, Epiosde 56 with a personal rating of 6 out of 10, its above average epiosde but there was some notable tracks so don't hesitate to check it out if you want to.

Not to mention, Tiesto just dished out his new In Search Of Sunrise 7 : Asia album and I just finished downloading it a while ago. I'm currently listening to it as I'm typing out this post. There is a couple of big tracks in it and a couple of new ones that I've been hooked onto. Do check it out.

I'm looking forward to another hectic if not hellish week ahead, with some assignments which are already due. But the path up Mount Everest doesn't look too bad as I see some canteen day and there is going to be a week long happening at church every night dubbed "Nights of Fire". And if its name is anything to go by, it might just be the perfect crutch for the week.

The Truth

What if, after 18 years of being alive, you found out that you were actually living a lie? What if, on one fateful day, you discovered the truth about yourself and it changes the course of your entire existence? How would you response to that?

That ladies and gentlemen, I leave it, to you.
